Who we are

Desuperbazar.com, Mijndenhof 59, 1106 GC Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. Contact: desuperbazar.com@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

  • Orders: name, address, email, phone number and order details, to deliver your order and provide customer service (performance of a contract). Payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
  • Accounting: order and invoice data, which Dutch tax law requires us to keep for 7 years (legal obligation).
  • Contact and chat: the messages you send us, to answer your questions (legitimate interest).
  • Newsletter: your email address, only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email (consent).
  • Website and cookies: technical data such as your device, browser and pages visited. Necessary cookies keep the shop and your cart working. Analytics and marketing cookies, including the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel, are only used with your consent (consent).

Who we share it with

Our shop runs on Shopify, which processes data on our behalf. We also share the data needed with payment providers, shipping carriers and, only with your consent, marketing platforms such as Meta. Some of these companies are located outside the European Economic Area; transfers are protected with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting data for 7 years; newsletter data until you unsubscribe; contact messages for as long as needed to help you, and up to 2 years after that.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email desuperbazar.com@gmail.com to use these rights. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
