14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receive the item, without giving a reason.

How to cancel

Email us at desuperbazar.com@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but you don't have to.

Sending the item back

Send the item back within 14 days after letting us know, to: Desuperbazar.com, Mijndenhof 59, 1106 GC Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Please return it in the condition you received it: unworn, unwashed and with any labels still attached. The cost of returning the item is yours, unless the item was not as described. We recommend a tracked shipment.

Your refund

We refund the price of the item and the standard shipping cost of your order within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the payment method you used. We may wait until the item is back with us or until you show proof of shipment.

Pre-loved pieces

Our pieces are pre-loved. Light signs of wear mentioned in the product description are not a defect. If an item arrives damaged or not as described, let us know within 14 days with photos and we will solve it with you, including the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

Every piece is one of a kind, so we can't exchange it for another size. Return it for a refund and order the piece you prefer.
