1. Who we are

This online shop is run by Desuperbazar.com, Mijndenhof 59, 1106 GC Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Email: desuperbazar.com@gmail.com.

2. Our pieces

We sell pre-loved fashion. Every piece is one of a kind and is described and photographed as accurately as possible, including any visible signs of wear. Small differences in colour between the photos and the item can occur because of screens and lighting.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. You pay securely at checkout with one of the payment methods offered there.

4. Your order

The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If a piece turns out to be no longer available, we tell you right away and refund any amount you paid.

5. Delivery

We ship within 1 to 3 business days. Costs, destinations and conditions are in our shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the parcel.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. How it works is explained in our refund policy.

7. Conformity and complaints

You have the legal guarantee that the item matches its description. If something is wrong, contact us at desuperbazar.com@gmail.com within a reasonable time after you notice it; we will respond as soon as possible and look for a solution with you.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of your order, except in case of intent or gross negligence, and without limiting your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
